Sandvik to acquire Kwatani

Sandvik Group has announced that is to acquire South African feeder and screener manufacturer Kwatani, for an undisclosed amount.

Johannesburg-based Kwatani, which last year recorded revenues of roughly SEK 175 million (US$21 million), manufacturers a range of equipment including fine separators, drives and services and large multi slope screens.
