Miller UK names new chief operating officer

Attachment manufacturer Miller UK has appointed Darren Allsopp as chief operating officer as part of a growth target of becoming global market leader within five years.

Darren joins Miller, which is based in the north east of England, with knowledge and experience in growing and strengthening corporations, including as chairman emeritus and global chief operating officer at AAF Power & Industrial as well as organisations such as Rolls Royce and Price Waterhouse.

The manufacturer, which supplies buckets, quick couplers, hydraulic breakers and other attachments for OEMs, dealers and excavator end users, has been in business for more than 40 years.
