The group has now expanded its management team to include its four regional sales managers. According to the company the shake-up is intended to “reinforce its focus on global sales and growth in response to the demands of an expanding global market”.

Patrik Kutto, Region Director Nordics, Mark Lisman, Region Director Europe, Sam Ryan, Region Director Asia & Oceania, and Austin Graham, Region Director North America, have all been appointed to the senior level team.

They will work alongside the company’s CEO and CFO, as well as with its human resources, production, communications and technology managers.

Krister Blomgren, CEO of Engcon Group, said: “This strategic adjustment aims to strengthen engcon’s position as a leading player, ensuring our ability to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in an increasingly competitive and global market environment.”

Additionally, Jens Blom, who previously announced that he is leaving his role as CFO, will continue to be a part of the Group Management until his successor assumes the role. Additionally, by the turn of the year, Engcon’s CIO, Peter Huczkowsky, will be leaving the company.

“Throughout their time in Group Management, Peter and Jens have both played integral roles in our journey towards establishing Engcon as a successful global player in the excavation industry,” said Krister. “We are pleased that Jens will remain with the company, and we thank Peter for his contributions and wish him luck in his continued career”.
