CDE partners with Nordic Bulk on aftersales

Wet processing equipment specialist CDE Global has partnered with Nordic Bulk to expand the delivery of its aftersales services.
Norway-based Nordic Bulk is a supplier of bulk material processing plants to the aggregates and mining sectors, to which it also provides wearable parts and servicing support.
According to CDE, the agreement aims to maximise productivity, minimise waste and meet the growing demand for “responsive, proactive and preventative” aftersales services across Scandinavia.
The company said it “recognised the requirement for more engineers on the ground and the holding of spare parts in market to ensure timely delivery and a reliable aftersales service”.
The agreement will see Nordic Bulk’s service engineers work alongside CDE’s CustomCare division to provide a faster service turnaround and quicker delivery of spare parts.
The CustomCare team will provide Nordic Bulk’s service engineers with “extensive and ongoing training”, which will focus on CDE’s equipment and technology, to help the team gain a deeper understanding of its services.

The new partnership between the two companies builds on a longstanding relationship. CDE and Nordic Bulk have worked on numerous projects together, the latest of which is the upcoming installation of a major new waste recycling plant in Norway.
