Available through the manufacturer’s dealers, CASE Care Coverage is part of the company’s Service Solutions range of products.

It provides equipment owners with standard planned maintenance for machines up to 6 years old or with up to 8,000 hours of use under their belt.

Speaking to IRN, Case said that its new service plan is available to both private customers and managers of larger fleets, such as rental companies.

Maintenance services carried out under the programme are performed by technicians that have been trained by the manufacturer. It also includes the provision of genuine parts and certified lubricant replacements.

Joseph O’Grady, business director Case Construction Equipment – North of Europe said, “We understand that our customers want their machines to always operate at their best, efficiently and productively year on year.

“The CASE Care planned maintenance programme ensures that this happens through check-ups and maintenance operations scheduled at regular intervals.”

The company, which recently launched the programme in Germany, said customers wishing to add the coverage could also take it out in combination with other service packages.

These include the warranty extension plan CASE Protect and Connect Services such as SiteWatch and SiteConnect.

Customers can also bundle the maintenance programme with the CASE Fluid Analysis package, which the company said helps maximise machine uptime.
