The network now includes service points in Riyadh, Tabuk, and Jeddah, aimed at supporting the company’s customer base across the Kingdom.

The Saudi Arabia team comprises 46 personnel, including six sales supervisors, two after-sales supervisors, and 30 after-sales service staff.

According to the company, six of the after-sales staff are foreign experts, and all personnel have over five years of experience in hydraulic breaker repair and maintenance.

Beilite’s Riyadh service point, operational since February 2021, includes a maintenance workshop and a parts warehouse with an inventory valued at approximately US$7 million for hydraulic breakers and US$3.5 million in spare parts. The facility also includes six service vehicles for on-site support.

Beilite, for which ACDE Europe is its European distributor, stated that their service network aims to reduce equipment downtime and enhance support efficiency for customers in the region.
