World Demolition Summit tickets prize draw result

And it’s congratulations to Sandy Bodami Oca, director of USA-based contractor Total Wrecking & Environmental, who has won two free tickets to the summit in Toronto, Canada.

Sandy’s business card was drawn out at random by Jeff Lambert, CEO of the US National Demolition Association (NDA), on the final day of the association’s Demolition Phoenix convention and Expo.

Comprising conference, awards and networking, and taking place on 17 and 18 October, this year’s WDS will be the 15th edition of the event,.

Confirmed speakers from organisations including Électricité de France, the City of Detroit Demolition Department, Brandenburg Industrial Service Company and Priestly Demolition are all on the programme.

Entries for the annual World Demolition Awards are also open, with a deadline of 30 June before the international judging panel draws up its shortlists in August.

The WDS is organised by Demolition & Recycling International in co-operation with the NDA and the European Demolition Association. The headline sponsor is Volvo Construction Equipment.
