Cutting and grinding tool manufacturer Tyrolit will showcase a variety of new products and upgrades in concrete drilling and cutting, floor grinding and digitalisation at Bauma 2022, the company has announced.

From its 205 sq m (2,206 sq ft) indoor booth and outdoor area of 160 sq m (1722 sq ft), which will be used for product testing, the Austria-based manufacturer will display several new innovations, including the DDL-HH FAST CUT dry drilling bits.

New launches for smaller drilling include the new PC4505 Bump Grinder, DHE32 drill hammer and HCE125 wall chaser, alongside the DC-CUT ALL universal saw blades for petrol and electric grinders.

Part of its floor grinding range, which the company say is a key area of focus, the new FGE515 floor grinder for floor preparation and polishing will be on show, as well as a range of brand new metal-bond floor grinding shoes.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see a glimpse into the future of floor grinding solutions from the company, where chemicals, machines for removing surfaces and coatings, special vacuum cleaners and polishing tools will be available.

Tyrolit will also highlight developments in its digital products, such as the Tyrolit MoveSmart Technology, a fleet management platform which can be used to plan the use or maintenance of machinery.

According to Tyrolit, upgrades to the software include specially generated QR codes, an optimised service area and the addition of GPS trackers and Bluetooth tags for locating and monitoring the activity of the machines.

As well as new launches, the company is showcasing upgraded specifications and new diameters of wall and floor saw blades to its existing products.
