Total Reclaims named on major demolition project

The contractor is on programme to complete works this autumn, paving the way for the appointment of a main contractor in Q1 2026. Practical completion of the scheme is targeted for Q4 2026 on a speculative basis.

The project will deliver Grade A industrial and logistics space with enhanced specifications, incorporating best-in-class wellbeing and sustainability measures. It is also targeting BREEAM “Excellent” certification and a minimum EPC ‘A’ rating.

Strategically located near Junction 11A of the M1 motorway, the site will provide new-build accommodation for occupiers in the surrounding area.
