‘Rays of light’ for faltering UK construction jobs market

The UK construction jobs market showed tentative signs of improvement in July, as temporary vacancies rose for the first time in two years.

The news came as the latest KPMG and Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) UK Report on Jobs found that demand for temporary staff increased across seven of the ten employment sectors monitored during the month.
