Anaconda's DF410 mobile screen is proving popular with New Zealand recyclers

Newcomer mobile screen manufacturer Anaconda Equipment is making inroads into the New Zealand recycling market with its DF 410 tracked screen. The first unit arrived in the country in November 2010, and 8 models are now at work, primarily in recycling roles, supplied through Auckland-based Mobile Screening and Crushing (MSC) NZ Ltd.

According to Anaconda sales director Con Gallagher: "MSC's Andy Meikle has found a real good market for our range of compact screens which is really only starting to grow. Our ability to ship all screens in 40 ft (12 m) containers without any breakdown is a huge selling point as it reduces the shipping cost dramatically - this cost saving is passed onto the end user, making the product price very attractive when compared to other imported screens. The DF410 has been particularly successful as it is versatile across a range of applications and has excellent throughput for such a compact screen."

Anaconda is continuing its focus on the compact sector andd has established a number of distributors around the world, with machines working in Germany, France, Sweden and the USA. Hillhead 2012 will see the debut of a number of new compact products for the sector.
