The contractor – which has its head office in the UK capital city – is due to commence work on the scheme at St John’s Wood Barracks later this month.

It will deliver an integrated collection of specialist activities, including asbestos removal, UKPN (United Kingdom Power Networks) works, demolition and enabling works.

“We have an extensive track record of delivering similar, and broader, scopes of work on a number of super-prime residential developments in London,” said group managing director Seb Fossey.

“I’m delighted that our client has put their trust in the experience of our team to get this highly anticipated scheme up and running.”

The 2.2 hectare (5.4 acre) site, which served as headquarters for the Royal Horse Artillery until 2012, will be turned into a residential development, including 100 affordable homes.
