Guide to industry’s biggest contractors released

Premium Content

The latest edition of the Global Construction Guide, which lists all of the top construction OEMs, contractors, crane-owning companies, demolition contractors, equipment rental companies and access fleets in the world, has been released.

Many of the lists contained in the Global Construction Guide have been edited to provide a snapshot of a sector’s largest companies. For example, the list contains the world’s top 25 rental companies rather than the 100 contained in the original listing, and the top 20 demolition contractors rather than the original 100.

Despite the challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as supply chain issues and rising costs, the construction industry as a whole performed strongly, with some of the lists showing very good growth.

The Guide also contains an economic overview of 2021 and a look ahead to what 2022 may bring for worldwide equipment sales.
