Headquartered in Westlake, Texas, EIS – Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) operates from 35 office locations across 39 states and employs more than 1,000 people nationwide.
It provides mission-critical environmental, remediation and infrastructure services across the United States, serving a wide variety of public and private end markets.
Meanwhile, ECI has built a reputation for delivering safe, dependable environmental solutions across Florida over the past two decades.
Its core competencies span demolition, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, mould remediation and concrete cutting for commercial, industrial and government clients.
By bringing ECI into the family, clients gain expanded capabilities backed by experienced local teams, according to a statement from EIS.
B.J. Stephan, EIS president and CEO, commented, “Michael Graisbery, Cameron Graisbery and Logio Pizano built a company that is trusted to perform under some of the most demanding conditions and stringent regulatory requirements. Bringing them into EIS gives our Florida clients more capability, more capacity and more expertise under one roof.”
This announcement follows the acquisition in April of TID Demolition in Salt Lake City, Utah, and ARM Environmental Services, LLC (ARM), in Columbia, South Carolina, in June.
The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
