Colemans named on £93m demolition framework
04 August 2025
UK-based demolition contractor Colemans has been named on EN:Procure’s £93.75 million asbestos, demolition and water hygiene framework.

The framework from EN:Procure, the procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North, will run for four years until July 2029 and is designed to support asbestos-related and demolition projects across social housing.
Colemans, which joins 53 contractors to be named on the framework, will focus on delivering low-rise and high-rise deconstruction projects across the North of England.
According to the company, its appointment to the framework reflects its “expertise and the confidence our clients place in our technical and innovative approach to sustainably focused, engineered deconstruction.”
Gordon Blaszczak, Pre-Contracts Director at Colemans, said: “We’re really pleased to be a contractor of choice within this framework. It’s the kind of work we know well and care about; where careful planning, collaboration, and doing things properly really matters.
“We look forward to supporting Efficiency North with the same care, expertise, and innovation we bring to all our projects.”
Colemans added that its inclusion demonstrates that procurement teams are increasingly recognising the value of precision-led, sustainability-minded businesses within the deconstruction sector and reflects a wider shift in the industry towards engineered delivery, transparency, and practical ESG.
