Metso grows Caribbean and Latin America network

Metso has entered a partnership with Millennium Machinery Parts and Service, Corp to expand its market coverage and customer support across the Caribbean and Latin America.

The company said the  partnership is intended to enhance service and support for customers throughout the Caribbean and Latin America and aims to provide customers with access to a broader range of equipment and services..

Federico Villalba, Director of Distributor Management Organization for Metso’s South America Region, said the partnership brings Millennium’s market knowledge and experience to Metso’s distribution network, with a focus on customer support and tailored solutions.

He said: “We are proud to welcome Millennium as part of our distribution network. Millennium brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the market. With a strong focus on providing dedicated customer support and tailored solutions, we are confident they will deliver the added value of our products to all customers.

The collaboration aims to provide customers in the region with access to a wider range of equipment and services.

Robert Valdes, President of Millennium Machinery Parts and Service, Corp, added that the company will offer the Metso product line for construction, aggregate, and contractor segments across territories including the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and Bonaire.

He said: “We will be supporting sales for new and used machinery as well as technical support, spare parts and wear items. This partnership enables us to offer our customers access to top-tier products and technologies, combined with our local expertise and commitment to service excellence,” 

Millennium will provide sales support for new and used machinery, technical support, spare parts, and wear items.

The partnership is intended to enhance service and support for customers in the Caribbean and Latin America.
