UK recycling operation Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) has taken delivery of a new Terex Finlay J-1175 jaw crusher, supplied by Finlay Plant SE. The machine has been added to the company's fleet to process demolition waste from sites across the north of London, UK, into high grade recycled product.

It is now working with a Terex Finlay 663 screen at Flannery's Wembley site, close to the new Wembley football stadium, to produce five sizes of material, which is largely used as pipe fill for the utilities sector. The company reports that it routinely recycles more than 90% of the C&D waste that it processes at the site.

The J-1175 features a Jacques crusher, a heavy duty undercarriage, heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder with automatic control, a hydrostatic drive and reverse crushing action to help clear blockages.

Formed in 1972 by Patrick Flannery, the company is now a leading provider of plant hire equipment, machine operatives, labour and support to the construction industry in the London region.
