Daniel Gray, managing director of Maynards Europe (UK) discusses the challenges of taking down the Avlon Works ahead of the site’s revamp as a warehousing and logistics park.
In particular, he explains why the use of explosives was necessary for the project, which covered a 40 ha (100 acre) site.
