29 May 2025
Steelwrist has marked its 20th anniversary with a three-day event at its headquarters in Rosersberg, Sweden.

Customers, partners, and staff from around the world were invited to tour the company’s 13,500 sq m production facility, and to view a full outdoor display of the Steelwrist product line, which included recent additions to its tiltrotator and coupler ranges.
Among the equipment on show were the third-generation XTR15 and XTR23 tiltrotators and the SQ40 automatic coupler. The event concluded with an evening gathering and the showing of a commemorative film highlighting Steelwrist’s history and featuring interviews with staff was also premiered.
Commenting on the milestone, CEO Stefan Stockhaus said: “I’m thankful to all guests from near and far that took the time to join us and celebrate our first 20 years in business. It has been a tremendous journey so far, that has been made possible thanks to our customers, partners and team members.
“With our latest product news, like the automatic couplers for compact excavators and the third generation tiltrotators, we are ready for the next 20 years and committed to bringing great solutions to customers all over the world.”
Steelwrist was founded in 2005 in a garage north of Stockholm and has since grown into an international supplier of tiltrotators, quick couplers, and excavator work tools.
Shortly after the anniversary event, Steelwrist was named one of Sweden’s Best Managed Companies for the sixth year in a row.
The award, organised by Deloitte in partnership with Swedbank, evaluates private Swedish businesses on their strategy, operations, culture, and financial performance. This year, 17 companies were selected by an independent jury.

Lina Thörn, Partner at Deloitte and responsible for the Best Managed Companies programme in Sweden, said: “We want to extend a special congratulations to our gold and platinum members who have received the award at least four and seven years in a row, respectively.
“It is inspiring to see so many of the companies continue to strive and measure themselves against the set goals.”
Reacting to the recognition, Stefan said: “We are very proud to receive the Sweden’s Best Managed Companies recognition for the sixth time, and it adds to the joy of celebrating our 20 years as a company.
“I believe that this award is a result of our unique culture, the commitment and hard work of our global team and our strive for continuous improvement throughout the company. This reaffirms that we are very well positioned to continue our successful journey also in the future.”
