Tisdale awarded Warrington demolition contract

Liverpool-based Tisdale Demolition has been appointed to carry out the demolition and site clearance at a 14-acre former logistics site in Warrington.
Awarded by UK development management specialist Bankfoot APAM, the project comprises the dismantling of 375,000 sq ft of existing floorspace at Warrington Works, a regeneration project in Warrington, northwest England.
The works will prepare the site for a planned 295,000 sq ft logistics development comprising four new units at the Hawleys Lane industrial redevelopment north of the city centre.
The contract is reportedly worth £1.5 million, according to local news site North West Place.
Andy Day, senior director at Bankfoot APAM, said, “J P Tisdale bring the right experience to manage this phase safely and efficiently, and we’re looking forward to seeing the site prepared for the next stage of this exciting scheme.”
