Worsley Plant boosts aftersales drive with new appointment

United Kingdom-based attachments distributor Worsley Plant has announced the appointment of Callum Poole in the newly created role of aftersales manager.
Callum Poole has joined Worsley Plant as aftersales manager
Worsley – which supplies materials processing, crushing and screening equipment to industries including demolition, recycling and construction – said Callum has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, having worked at both ECY Haulmark and Murray Plant.
In his new role, Callum will be responsible for growing and improving the service and aftersales part of the company’s business.
“Making sure the customer is happy with our products after they’ve bought them is a key focus for us,” said Worsley Plant managing director Sean Heron.
“Callum is well respected in the industry and is a very welcome addition to our team. We look forward to developing the aftersales side of our business even further in 2022.”
