Video: Triple explosive demolition from Brown & Mason

UK-based demolition specialists Brown & Mason has carried out a triple explosive demolition at the West Burton Power Station, Nottinghamshire.
Two Absorbers (Units 3 & 4) and a Coal Boom Stacker were explosively demolished at 11am on Thursday 2nd October 2025.
The company described the event as “another milestone in the country’s transition from fossil fuels towards greener energy sources.”
The project comes just weeks after the company carried out a record-breaking project at the Cottam Power Station.
