In his keynote, Jason shared the lessons learned around cross-disciplinary coordination, safety management, and the wider challenges of overseeing one of the busiest demolition portfolios in the regional energy sector.
He discussed how collaboration between key stakeholders played a key role in mitigating further risks and ensuring the project was delivered successfully.
