NWH Group is a family-run business that operates ten sites across both Scotland and the North of England, offering services ranging from skip hire and bulk waste haulage to aggregate and materials recycling.

The first company in the world to install the KS520 model, NWH Group chose to invest in the plant after trialling a used Kiverco model

Described by the manufacturer as “an all-in-one recycling solution to keep operations in one place for better efficiency”, the KS520 is builds on the modular design concept of its KS514 predecessor model.

It comprises a picking station, feeder and screen, that recyclers can adapt to varying waste materials and market demands.

Compared to the previous model, the modular KS520 features a larger screen for greater operational capacity and efficiency, which allows users to recover more valuable material and divert more waste away from landfill.

Craig Williams of NWH Group said: “Kiverco’s modular plant design offers us the flexibility to adapt to our plant configuration in line with changing business operations. This ensures we can remain responsive to market demands while maintaining high purity and throughput levels.”

Marcus McAlinden, Sales Manager at Kiverco, said: “We are delighted to collaborate with NWH Group on this project. Their commitment to driving positive change in the industry aligns perfectly with Kiverco’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable recycling solutions.

He added: “NWH Group’s initial experience with a used Kiverco plant gave them the confidence to use Kiverco for their new project.”
