Tony will help evaluate submissions for the Manufacturers’ Innovation – Plant and Equipment, and Manufacturers’ Innovation – Tools and Attachments categories.

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction equipment sector, Tony began his career as a mechanical engineer in product development after graduating in 1998. He later earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, spending over a decade in design before moving into sales to forge closer relationships with customers and gain a more holistic understanding of the business.

Tony’s career at Volvo CE has included working with clients across nine US states in a regional role. He is now part of the company’s Strategic Accounts team based in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania—home to Volvo’s North American Sales Headquarters, manufacturing facility, and Customer Demonstration Center.

Away from work, Tony is a dedicated cyclist and volunteers as a coach for a local mountain bike team. He lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with his wife Angela. The couple have two daughters: Kaitlynn, a Zoology graduate from Kent State, and Emma, who is studying landscape architecture at Colorado State University.

Tony joins a growing list of judges from the OEM side of the demolition and recycling industry, helping to ensure that the Manufacturers’ Innovation awards reflect technical merit, practical value, and industry impact.
