According to the company, the platform provides courses on crushing, screening, washing, and conveying, allowing operators to access training at their own pace.

Superior Industries states that OptimizeU aims to help bridge the knowledge gap for a new generation of producers. The on-demand learning platform includes 60 courses at launch, with plans to add around 50 new sessions per year.

“OptimizeU was created to meet the needs of today’s aggregate producers,” said Kristen Randall, Training Coordinator at Superior Industries.

“We understand the value of flexible learning in an industry where time and resources are precious, and our goal is to equip producers with the tools they need to succeed at any experience level.”

According to the company, the training platform is intended to reduce the need for travel and classroom-based workshops, offering courses that cover topics such as troubleshooting, equipment applications, and operational efficiency, as well as cyclone fundamentals and gradations.

“With courses in crushing, screening, washing, conveying, and more, the platform offers 24/7 access to industry expertise, enabling producers to enhance their technical skills, expand product knowledge, and master best practices—all at their own pace,” it said, adding that it gives operators the chance to study real-world challenges.
