Senior position open at ERM for DDD partner

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) has an exciting opportunity for a Decontamination, Decommissioning and Demolition (DDD) Partner to join this global environmental consulting company. As part of its EMEA wide strategy, the successful candidate will lead ERM's strong value propositions regarding DDD services across the region for a wide range of industrial clients often linked with complex site investigation, remediation, and environmental construction projects at a variety of industrial sites.

He/she will be responsible for working with existing ERM staff across the EMEA region to identify DDD opportunities, lead opportunity chase teams and develop scopes of work and pricing, and leading implementation of DDD projects. He/she will be accountable for the safe execution of DDD work in full compliance with ERM's and the client's requirements and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading opportunity chase teams to identify and secure DDD services for industrial clients that fit within ERM's DDD value proposition, and provide technical support, show contract and project management skills to reinforce ERMs delivery capacity, while ensuring the safe execution of the work in compliance with ERM's and client's health and safety standards and work procedures. Ultimately he/she will be accountable for building strong collaborative relationships with ERM employees, clients and subcontractors.

ERM is looking for 15+ years of DDD market experience including strong asset evaluation/estimating skills, with a broad knowledge/understanding of the DDD market in the EMEA-region and a reputation as a credible individual in this market space. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service; ensure quality on project deliverables and exhibit a strong commitment to safety.
