Sany opens new sales and service facility in Barcelona

The company said that its location in Viladecans, southwest of Barcelona, is strategic and that this will “significantly improve response times and provide a faster, more efficient service to customers across Catalonia and nearby areas, further strengthening the company’s support network in the Iberian Peninsula.”

It added that the opening of the centre comes after “another year of sustained growth for Sany in the Spanish market, thanks to the partnership with Putzmeister Ibérica.”

The company’s strategy to strengthen its market position is focused on three pillars: commercial expansion, customer proximity and product innovation.

Sany has expanded its presence in key segments such as excavation and earthmoving, supported by a broader product portfolio designed to meet market requirements and a service approach focused on customer support. Both aspects were highlighted at the company’s stand at Smopyc 2026.

A key factor has been the expansion of Sany Iberia’s commercial network, which now includes experienced, service-focused distributors providing nationwide coverage.
