OSA will operate as a business unit within Sandvik’s Attachment Tools division, which forms part of the Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions business area.

The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. No purchase price has been disclosed.

According to Sandvik, the deal will expand its footprint in the demolition and recycling sector.

OSA, which was founded in 1994 and has 64 employees, currently operates mainly in Europe, with additional presence in the United States and Australia.

Stefan Widing, President and CEO of Sandvik, said: “This acquisition is a step in our strategy to expand in attractive niches within Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions.

“We look forward to welcome OSA to the Group.”

Founded in 1994, OSA is headquartered in Molfetta, southern Italy, and employs 64 people. In 2024, it recorded revenues of approximately SEK 150 million (US$14.9 million). Sandvik said the acquisition will have limited impact on its EBITA margin and earnings per share.
