Over 100 exhibitors sign up for Fachtagung Abbruch

Over 100 exhibitors are to attend this year’s Fachtagung Abbruch event, which is set to take in Berlin, Germany, on the 22 March.

The latest official figures put the total number of companies participating at 117, with the amount of rented exhibition space up to more than 1,100 sq m - a new record for the event, which last year attracted over than 1,200 demolition sector contractors from across Europe.
Specialist equipment manufacturers such as MB Crusher, Hydraram, and Husqvarna are among the event’s key supporters, alongside multi-sector equipment producers like Liebherr, Epiroc, Volvo, Sennebogen and Kobelco.
For the first time in its history, the Fachtagung Abbruch conference has been given a theme. Sustainability in Demolition will be the focus of a number of speakers at the event.
Its organiser, the German Demolition Association (Deutscher Abbruchvergand), said: “The conference programme consists of a panel discussion with renowned experts in the field of sustainability, including Prof. Dr. Christian Berg, as well as 10 further lectures followed by a discussion. Ms. Kristina zur Mühlen leads the whole day as moderator through the conference programme.”
