The United Kingdom’s National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC) has announced that is Demolition Expo event set for May has been rescheduled.

The Expo, which is co-locating with the Letsrecycle Live show for the first time this year, will now take place on 15 and 16 September at the original venue in Coventry, UK.

Demo Expo, which takes place every two years, was originally scheduled for May 2021

The NFDC said the change of date was because of continuing uncertainty relating to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

“It is with heavy heart that we have collectively made the decision to postpone the eagerly anticipated Demolition Expo,” said NFDC chief executive Howard Button.

“But safety is paramount and common sense must prevail during these times. With a new September date to look forward to, we continue to work closely with the team at Letsrecycle Live to create an exciting show for exhibitors, visitors and the connected industries to remember.

“We’d like to thank Demolition Expo exhibitors and supporters for their understanding.”
