MB Crusher to present live demos at Hillhead

On the stand in the RWM Outdoor area, MB Crusher will demonstrate a complete material processing cycle – from demolition waste to reusable aggregate – using three attachments mounted on a single excavator.

They comprise the demolition pulveriser, which is designed to handle reinforced concrete; the crusher bucket for processing demolition debris and quarry material into reusable aggregate directly on the job site; and the screening bucket which separates inert material by size without the need for a dedicated screening plant.

Launched in 2025, the MB demolition pulveriser is the latest addition to the MB Crusher product range. It is designed for primary and secondary demolition, as well as material downsizing and rebar separation, and mounts directly onto excavators in the 1.5 to 25 tonne range. At the show, it can be seen in both the compact and the heavy line version.

MB Crusher stated that this dual-line approach highlights the scalability of its technology, allowing operators to apply the same processing logic across multiple machine sizes and job site scenarios.

The company also highlighted that its team will be on site throughout the event to provide technical insights, discuss applications and support professionals in identifying the most suitable solutions for their operational needs.
