Kleemann expands EVO2 crusher range

Kleemann has expanded its range of mobile cone crushers with the addition of the MOBICONE MCO 90(i) machine.
The new model, which was described as “ideal” for use with Kleemann’s MC 110 EVO2 mobile jaw crusher, is the largest of the company’s EVO2 generation.
It has a maximum crushing capacity of up to 270 t/h and has been designed for use by both quarrying and general construction companies.
While the machine is powered by a diesel engine, its conveyor belts are electrically powered by an 88 kW battery system.
Capable of handling medium to hard materials, the model’s crushing tools have a gap range of 6 to 45mm and can be set via remote control for added flexibility.
In addition to the Ringbounce overload detection system, Kleemann has also fitted the new machine with its Continuous Feed System. This uses a probe to monitor the crusher level and regulate the material supply.
The manufacturer said this helps make sure “that an optimum volume is always loaded” and that a high quality of material is produced.
For easy operation the MCO 90(i) has been equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen display, which features the manufacturer’s SPECTIVE operating platform.
It also includes the SPECTIVE CONNECT system, which Kleemanns said both reduces downtime and increases productivity, by providing users with machine data that can be accessed via a smart phone.
