As part of this commitment, it has welcomed several work experience students into the business this year, providing them with insight into the diverse career opportunities available within demolition, decommissioning, asbestos management, recycling and wider construction-related sectors.

Work experience provides students with the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to professional working environments, helping them develop practical skills, confidence and a better understanding of potential career pathways, said the company.

The efforts to support future talent have also been strengthened through partnerships with organisations dedicated to connecting education and industry, such as EBP (Education Business Partnership) South in Portsmouth and Havant and South Downs College (HSDC), and through the upcoming presence at the i-Construct careers fair which will take place in October.
