Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe (HCME) has said that it will “wow” the public with its “top 10” machines at this year’s Intermat exhibition in France.

The company is set to bring a range of its newest 3-tonne to 40-tonne machines to the event, which will take place in Paris, France, in April.

Among them will be its newly updated ZX26U-6 and ZX33U-6 mini excavators - the smallest machines in the lineup, and the new ZX55-6EB and ZE135-7EB models from its electric range.

While Zaxis-7 equipment on show will include the fuel-efficient ZX95W-7 and ZX135W-7 wheeled, and ZX95USB-7 and ZX225USLC-7 crawler excavator models, the largest units on display will be the ZW310-7 wheel loader and the ZX390TC-7 special application excavator.

HCME’s theme for its exhibition stand (6H039) is ‘Partner to accelerate change‘.

In keeping with this, the company has invited a number of representatives from its French dealer network to demonstrate its “loyal relationship” with its French dealers, with teams from Hitachi Construction Machinery France (HCMF), Teramat, Prowimat and ESMTP due to attend.

HCME President Takaharu Ikeda, said: “We look forward to sharing the latest offering from Hitachi Construction Machinery with our customers, while connecting with our colleagues in France.

“Following some changes within our dealer network last year, Intermat is a perfect opportunity for us to support our partners, and present our latest products and solutions together.”

The company’s stand will also promote a number of technology products designed to minimize costs and improve site safety

The Consite remote monitoring system, which helps users to reduce the life-cycle costs of equipment, will be among those on display, along with factory-fitted machine control systems from Leica Geosystem (installed on the ZX225USLC-7 crawler excavator) and Trimble (installed on HCME’s ZX135W-7 wheeled model).

Visitors to the HCME’s exhibition stand will also be able to learn more about the OEM’s Premium Rental programme, as well Zaxis Finance for flexible equipment purchasing.
