USA-based demolition tools manufacturer Genesis Attachments has signed a collaborative deal with coupler manufacturer Steelwrist, for the supply of fully automatic attachment interfaces.

According to Genesis the global demand for fully automatic coupler systems is rapidly increasing. The company said it will now offer demolition work tools with SQ type adaptor plates direct from factory, to increase productivity and reduce downtime for end users.

The Steelwrist SQ system follows the global S-type industrial standard, with the addition of fully automatic hydraulic couplers which allow for the quick changing work tools quickly without leaving the cabin.

The agreement includes the possibility for Genesis Attachments to globally offer Genesis demolition tools with SQ fully automatic interface.

Stefan Stockhaus, CEO of Steelwrist, said: “Steelwrist target has always been to work close to Original Equipment Manufacturers. With this agreement we take another step in this direction and we feel there is a good fit with a great team and a high quality brand such as Genesis.

”We are now well positioned as the global standard is now booming.”
