Northern Ireland-based equipment manufacturer EvoQuip has held a virtual event to mark the five year anniversary of the brand’s launch.

EvoQuip began operations in 2016 with the Bison 35 crusher.

Part of the Terex group, the specialist crushing and screening brand held the EvoQuip Dealer Awards to recorgnised the contribution its dealers have made to its continued growth.

Representatives from roughly 100 of the company’s authorised distributors from around the world gathered for the online celebration, which was hosted by Northern Irish actor and comedian Time McGarry.

The company said, “EvoQuip would not be the success it is without its loyal dealers and customers. While the brand started off in 2016 with just five dealers, this has since grown to 44 dealers from around the globe.

“This growing distribution network alongside attendance at exhibitions such as Conexpo, Bauma, World of Concrete and Hillhead continued to strengthen the brand, showcasing its offering to global audiences.”

The EvoQuip Dealer Awards comprised several categories, including Global Leader in Industry Growth, Customer Support and Rental Business Growth.

Mobile Screening and Crushing (MSC) from New Zealand was among the event’s big winners, taking the Global Dealer of the Year acolade.

In addition to the awards, the event also saw dealers entertained with a personalised EvoQuip song, a live quiz and a raffle.

Barry O’Hare, business line director for Evo Quip, said: “I’d like to thank our dealers and customers for their support over the last five years and together we look forward to the future.

Barry, who recently took part in the D&Ri Recycling Opportunities Webinar, added: “There are some really exciting, innovative products in the pipeline and with the help and expertise of our distribution network, we will continue to grow and dominate the global compact crushing, screening and conveying market.”
