European finalists announced in Volvo CE Masters 2026

Volvo Construction Equipment Masters is a global competition where Volvo dealer service professionals put their technical expertise, teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test.

The results of the 2026 European regional final have just been announced with teams from Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Poland and SMT Netherlands B.V. crowned winners.

‘Volvo CE Masters – The Battle of Skills’ took place at the Volvo CE facility in Konz, Germany. Eleven teams had been selected following three rounds of online qualifications focused on technical expertise and Volvo product knowledge.

The in-person final in Konz put them through a series of hands-on tests on machine diagnostics, product knowledge, troubleshooting and teamwork under pressure.

Team ‘Golden Boys’ from Poland and ‘The Dutchies’ from the Netherlands secured their place in the 2026 Volvo CE Masters World Final.

The competition is designed to test the same skills Volvo technicians use every day to keep customer machines running: diagnostic accuracy, efficiency under pressure and the ability to solve complex challenges, according to Volvo CE.

Marcin Samborek, head of operations, Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Poland, said that the win was the result of months of preparation and that it demonstrated the team spirit that grew from the process.

“We came together from different locations, different perspectives and different strengths, and turned that into one united team. We’re incredibly proud of what we have achieved together, and we’re heading to the world final in Eskilstuna with excitement, confidence and one clear goal: to win.”

Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Poland and SMT Netherlands B.V. stood out not just for what they knew, but for how they performed under real pressure. That combination is exactly what our customers experience from Volvo CE teams every day.”

Held at the Volvo CE Customer Center in Eskilstuna, Sweden, in September 2026, the final will see the top-performing teams from Volvo CE regions across the world compete.

The second regional final, which covers the rest of the world, will take place in Casablanca, Morrocco, during 31 May to 3 June, when nine teams will go head-to-head.
