Entries for the World Demolition Awards flow in

Premium Content

27 June 2012

The first entries for this year's World Demolition Awards have begun to arrive at the KHL offices and early indications are that this year's competition to gain acknowledgement of excellence, as judged by industry peers, is likely to be even more intense.

Now in their fourth year, the Awards recognise the skills and expertise of the demolition industry worldwide and are judged by an international panel of experts. The presentations will be made to the resulting winners at the World Demolition Simmit to be held in Amsterdam on 1 November 2012. For further information go to www.demolitionsummit.com.

Early indications suggest that the international nature of the Awards will be further extended with entries expected from North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India and Australasia.

The closing date for receipt of entries is fast approaching, with no entries being accepted after 27 July 2012. To be considered by the judging panel, all entries must include a 1,200 word maximum summary of the key points - in other words, why the entry should be a winner.
