Doosan Infracore appoints new UK dealer

Doosan Infracore Europe has appointed Blue Machinery Central Ltd (Blue Central) as its new authorised dealer for North Wales and the North-West of England.
Blue Central, which is based in Northwich in Cheshire, employs over 110 factory-trained service engineers and specialises in equipment for the material processing and handling equipment for the quarrying, demolition, recycling, port and energy sectors.
Its new partnership with Doosan will see it provide both sales and servicing support for Doosan’s wheeled loaders, crawler, wheeled and mini/midi excavators, and for its articulated dump trucks and attachment ranges.
Sean McGeary, Sales Director at Blue Central, said, “We are very excited to introduce the Doosan product range to our supplier portfolio. We recognise the significant market share that Doosan has in the region and feel that the range complements our existing suppliers and helps us complete the product offering for our clients.
“The Doosan range spans all our existing industry sectors from construction and demolition and quarrying and earthmoving to recycling and scrap handling as well as ports, rail and plant hire.”
Blue Central, which covers the local areas of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside (including the Wirral), Cheshire, North Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and the Islands of Anglesey and the Isle of Man, will offer companies on-site services ranging from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.
The company’s appointment as Doosan’s authorised dealer has spurred it to invest in an additional 4-acre facility in Nantwich, which will act as its dedicated depot for Doosan equipment and parts.
“Blue Central has also expanded its workforce to help support the Doosan brand with the addition of a new operations team and sales representatives,” added Doosan, which has provided Blue Central’s engineers with “specific diagnostic tooling and equipment”.
