Develon celebrates new HQ in Germany

Develon (formerly Doosan Construction Equipment) has announced the handover of keys to its German operation’s new headquarters, located in Mannheim Friedrichsfeld. The company said this marks a milestone in the company’s development in expanding its market presence in the Germany/Switzerland/Austria (GSA) region.

With 10,650 sq. meters of usable space, the new modern building encompasses sales, service, rental and spare parts operations, as well as a new training center with training workshops and rooms and a test area. It houses spacious and modern workshops and places particular emphasis on providing excellent service in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region, Develon stated.

In addition, the company is gradually expanding its rental services, tailored to customers and the GSA dealership network, with a focus on “testing the innovations” to be shown at bauma 2025 in Munich.

Develon will begin moving to the new facility in February, with sales, rentals, service and spare parts sales and training starting at the new location on March 1st

With bauma in April, product training for the company’s GSA dealers will be held in March, including the products that will be shown at bauma. Following bauma, the aim is to continue to use products seen at the show in Mannheim for its customers and dealers.
