Develon and Logex form partnership in waste and recycling sector

The agreement will see Logex’s partner companies gain access to Develon’s construction machinery, including wheel loaders equipped with the Transparent Bucket System.

Logex, a Bavaria-based waste management corporation, provides services and advisory support across the industry. The company works with regionally, nationally, and internationally networked waste management firms and aims to enhance the competitiveness of medium-sized enterprises in the sector.

Bernhard Golm, Head of Services at Logex, said the Develon wheel loaders align with the needs of the recycling industry. “The Transparent Bucket System immediately improves occupational safety when in use at Logex’s partner companies.”

Develon, formerly Doosan Construction Equipment, offers a range of machinery for waste disposal and recycling, including excavators, wheel loaders, and material handling machines. The company has a dealer network across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, which provides rental and service support.

The Transparent Bucket System uses top and bottom cameras to display blind spots in front of the bucket on the cab monitor. The system is designed to enhance safety and reduce the risk of accidents.

Andreas M. Lohner, Managing Director Germany and RSL GSA & EE for Develon, highlighted the potential of the collaboration. “With our strong dealer network and close proximity to Logex partners, this partnership is a good fit for both companies,” he said.

Develon will showcase its latest developments, including the updated Transparent Bucket System, at the Bauma trade fair in Munich in April.
