Applications window open for NDA board members

The organisation is now accepting applications for the positions, which will meaningfully contribute to the strategic direction of the association, as well as the industry itself.

Those demolition industry professionals hoping to apply for either position, must be NDA members in good standing - for both the current membership as well as “throughout their tenure” - and must have been 

While the role of Director carries a three-year term of service, the Treasure position requires a term of two years, after which time the Treasurer will be “eligible to serve as the secretary for a two-year term”. 

The application deadline for both positions is Thursday 19 September 2024. 

All applications will be reviewed by the NDA Leadership Development Committee this fall (Q3), with applicants expected to hear back on the status of their application by mid-October.

Selected applicants will then undergo an interview process with the Leadership Development Committee before being added to the next Director at Large and Treasurer slate.  

“Once the slate is approved at the Winter Quarterly Member Meeting, it will be voted on at the 2025 Annual Board of Directors meeting at Annual Convention & Expo,” said the NDA.

“If approved, candidates will become official Directors at Large immediately following Demolition New Orleans”, which will take place in March 2025.
