“We are thrilled to embark on this new journey that will, undoubtedly, transform our organisations.”

In the past 25 years the family-owned Priestly business has become well known for taking down iconic landmarks in Ontario in projects for government agencies, construction companies and private sector firms.

The company claims to own the largest demolition fleet in Canada and has invested in new technology, health and safety and COR certification in recent years.

Priestly believes that by bringing together two established companies will better service the needs of clients across the country.

Dakota Reclamators, described as an industry leader in deconstruction based in Calgary, serves Western Canada and consistently reuses or recycles in excess of 90% of non-hazardous material on deconstruction projects.

“Priestly Demolition is known around the world for their high-profile demolition projects, and excellent reputation, this is why we are so thrilled to be joining their team,” said Dakota Reclamators director Brian Sigvaldason.
