Cat launches new 953 track loader

Caterpillar has launched its 953 tracked loader for the US, European, Australian and New Zealand construction equipment markets.

A replacement of the manufacturer’s 953K model, the new 953 has an operating weight of 15.6 tonnes and is designed for general applications.

The new loader is equipped with a Tier 4/Stage V compliant Cat C7.1 engine with an Auto Mode that is said to offer up to 10% lower fuel consumption than its predecessor model...Sign in to continue reading.
