Brown and Mason demolish Rugeley B chimney

The latest phase of demolition specialist Brown and Mason’s demolition of the Rugeley ‘B’ power station in Staffordshire, United Kingdom.

The power station comprises two 500 MW coal-fired generating units and was commissioned in the early 1970s. Brown and Mason, which has cleared almost 60 power stations in the UK, secured the contract to demolish Rugeley ‘B’ in April 2018.
