Brokk Inc. becomes North American distributor for Darda

Darda, based in Blumberg, Germany, produces equipment including concrete crushers, shears, multi-cutters, and tank cutters. Both companies are part of the Brokk Group, which specialises in advanced demolition equipment.

As part of its new role, Brokk Inc. will focus on establishing a dealer network for Darda products across North America and increasing product awareness among industries such as construction, demolition, mining, and tunnelling.

“We’ve long been champions of the Darda brand,” said Jeff Keeling, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Brokk Inc. “Now with the full range of Darda products, we’ll be able to reach an even larger audience with these high-quality, high-performance products.”

Darda, founded in 1958, initially produced splitting machines for the natural stone industry before introducing hydraulic rock and concrete splitters in the late 1960s.

By the 1990s, the company developed carrier-operated attachments for compact machines such as mini excavators and demolition robots. Darda joined the Brokk Group in 2006 and now operates a global dealer network.

Brokk Inc., established in Monroe, Washington, in 2000, provides sales and service for Brokk products in North America. The company has expanded its offerings over the years, becoming an Aquajet distributor in 2017 and opening service centres in Stanhope, New Jersey; St. Joseph, Missouri; and Hamilton, Ontario.

“This is a strong partnership that will greatly benefit our customers in North America,” said Bernd Ströbele, Darda’s Sales Director. “Brokk Inc. is perfectly positioned to develop a robust distribution network for Darda products.”

This latest news comes just one week after Brokk Inc also revealed that it had become the distributor for FIRSTGREEN’s electric dumpers.

Darda North America will showcase its products at World of Concrete 2025, taking place January 21-23, at booth C7658.
