Supplier of crushing and screening equipment, Boratas has launched the BPV1000S3, which it says is the first tracked mobile crusher with an onboard three-deck screening system designed and manufactured in Türkiye.
It has been designed is response to the growing need for mobile crushing and screening equipment that can operate not only as a temporary solution, but as a flexible production system, the company said.
It added that the ability to move processing closer to the material source reduces hauling, shortens setup time and limits the need for separate equipment which is “a major operational advantage.”
Developed as part of the Boratas VSItrack series, the BPV1000S3 is a tracked vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushing plant engineered for final-stage crushing, manufactured sand production, aggregate shaping, and precise classification.
The model features a configurable VSI crusher that produces cubical aggregates and manufactured sand while reducing the proportion of flaky and elongated particles to meet specified grading requirements.
It can also be equipped with either an open or closed rotor configuration according to material abrasiveness and target product characteristics.
Material is screened into three main product sizes by the integrated triple-deck screen, with oversized material recirculated to the crusher in the closed-circuit system.
For easier transportation, the unit has foldable components to support and a track-mounted undercarriage which allows it to move between job sites or reposition within the quarry.
Its electric drive system can be powered either by connection to the grid or by the onboard diesel generator.
Finally, the BPV1000S3 includes PLC control with a touch screen, wireless remote control, accessible maintenance areas, hydraulically adjustable components and practical service points intended to reduce downtime and simplify daily operation, said Boratas.
