Spanish manufacturer Ausa has extended its offering of dumpers with the launch of a new 2 tonne capacity model.

The D201AHG dumper, which was revealed for the first time at the Matexpo show in Belgium earlier this month, is the first articulated dumper with a 2 tonne payload from the company.

Powered by a 18.5 kW Kubota engine, Ausa said the dumper is able to transport more than 1300 litres of material thanks to the “effective design of the swivel skip”, while its 1.5 metre width makes it ideal for transporting soil or debris in locations with little room for maneuvering.

For maintenance, a backward folding cab allows easy access to key components and minimises machine downtime.

Meanwhile, a hydrostatic transmission for comfortable and safer operations, operators sensors on both the seat and seat belt and an electronic negative brake that automatically engages when the dumper’s engine is switched off are all key safety features.

Joining the D201AHG on the Ausa stand was a number of dumpers, rough-terrain forklifts and telehandlers, including a range of electric vehicles.

Mario Torres, country manager, Ausa, higlighted the importance of the Benelux region for the company; “During the first quarter of 2022, we opened a new 1,200 m2 facility in this area devoted entirely to the distribution of Ausa machinery, spare parts and our after-sales service, making Benelux one of our key markets for growing the brand.

“During this time we were able to confirm that users in this area are becoming increasingly aware of the quality of our products, with strong interest in our range of electric vehicles and the new D201AHG dumper. We are extremely pleased that we attended this trade fair.”
