Goose has spent 26 years with Ferrovial and its subsidiaries, beginning his career in the UK as a Commercial Manager for Amey in 1998 before moving into senior leadership roles.

He joined Ferrovial Construction UK & Ireland as Commercial Director in 2014, following more than a decade in commercial roles within the group, and was appointed Managing Director in 2020.

His remit has spanned the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

Announcing his departure from Ferrovial last month, Goose described the move as a “difficult decision” and paid tribute to colleagues, clients, joint venture partners and the supply chain.

He said, “Thank you to everyone who has made the last 26 years the privileged journey it has been. You are a wide and varied group of people – friends and colleagues in the UK and around the world, clients, our JV teams and our supply chain partners.”

Goose will succeed Vince Corrigan, who will step down at the end of November 2025 as he moves towards formal retirement after more than a decade with Keltbray.

Corrigan joined the company in 2015 as Director and later became Chief Operating Officer.

The was then appointed as CEO in 2024. Keltbray said he had “played a pivotal role in driving the business forward” and expressed “sincere gratitude” for his “outstanding leadership and the significant achievements he has delivered during his tenure.”

The company added it is confident that under Goose’s leadership, Keltbray will “continue to thrive and build upon its success.”
